Confidence & Readiness

Confidence and readiness measure how prepared and self-assured you feel to apply a skill going forward, complementing — but not replacing — evidence of actual behaviour.

This layer captures how ready and confident you feel to use a skill in future situations. It is a useful signal of momentum, but, like self-perception, it reflects belief rather than demonstrated action.

Its role in your Kompunik score

Confidence and readiness are grouped with self-perception in your score breakdown and carry the same low weight. High confidence backed by real behaviour is a strong position; high confidence alone is treated with appropriate caution.
