Frequently Asked Questions
How does the annual licence work?
You pay once and get full access for 12 months from the date of purchase. Automatic renewal is optional — you choose it at checkout, and you can switch it off at any time from your billing page without losing the access you already paid for. If you leave it off, we simply email you before your access ends.
What is the difference between One course and All-Access?
One course gives you a complete course of your choice. All-Access adds every other course in the catalogue, the full Signature Track library, and anything new we release while your 12 months are running.
What happens when a new course is released?
All-Access holders get it immediately at no extra cost for the remainder of their term. The list price may rise as the catalogue grows, but the price you paid is locked for your 12 months.
Can I upgrade from One course to All-Access later?
Yes, at any time. Your new licence runs for 12 months from the date you upgrade.
Are the prices shown with or without VAT?
Personal prices include VAT at the rate of your country. Enterprise and academic prices exclude VAT; businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged at 0%.
How does enterprise pricing work?
Per seat, per year, with volume tiers based on your total seat count. The minimum is 10 seats and seats are reassignable when someone leaves. Above 200 seats we prepare a custom quote.
Who qualifies for academic pricing?
Accredited educational institutions, verified through your institutional domain. It covers enrolled students and faculty for non-commercial teaching use, and excludes the manager intelligence layer that Enterprise includes.
Can we add seats later?
Yes. Organisation admins can add seats at any time from the admin portal. Additional seats are charged at the annual rate matching your new total seat count.
Is there a free trial?
The diagnostic assessment is free and needs no payment details — it takes a few minutes and shows you where you actually stand. For organisations we can arrange a pilot; get in touch.
