Behaviour frequency measures how often you actually perform a skill's observable behaviours in real, recent situations — the strongest evidence of genuine capability.
Behaviour frequency asks how often you have actually done a skill's key behaviours in the last couple of weeks. Because it reflects what you did rather than what you believe, it is the strongest single indicator of real capability.
Its role in your Kompunik score
This is the most heavily weighted layer in the Kompunik self-assessment. The assessment follows one core principle — behaviour outweighs self-perception — so recent, concrete action moves your score more than any opinion you hold about yourself.
