Audio stories
149 narrated stories across the twenty-eight skills — three to ten per skill, sized for a commute rather than a classroom.
The twenty-eight capabilities that decide whether the rest of your skills ever land.
Twenty-eight capabilities, grouped by the four dimensions that organise everything you do at work.
These are the skills that get called soft until the week they are the only thing that matters. Each one starts with a short self-assessment so you find out where you actually stand, then gives you audio you can listen to on a commute and a quiz that checks whether it stuck. You leave each skill with something you can use in a conversation you are already dreading.

Every skill in the programme comes with the same machinery — assessment, audio, tactics, and a picture of where you stand.
149 narrated stories across the twenty-eight skills — three to ten per skill, sized for a commute rather than a classroom.
A behaviour-first questionnaire per skill that places you before you begin, and a short reassessment after you've practised.
Your capability across all four dimensions in one view — and it ages on purpose, so six months of not practising shows.
Each audio story unlocks a tactic you can apply the same afternoon. They accumulate into a playbook that is specifically yours.
Weekly challenges, practice rooms, and circles — because the skills in this programme are hard to rehearse alone.
47 badges across four rarity tiers, plus streaks — momentum for a programme with no cohort and no deadline.
Schedule sessions and set reminders, with calendar integration. Fifteen minutes booked beats an afternoon intended.
Complete the full programme for a verifiable certificate with distinction levels and a public verification link.
No. The assessment points you at the ones that are currently costing you most, and you can work in any order. Completing all of them earns a certificate, but most people start with two or three.
A short self-assessment, a set of audio stories you can listen to while doing something else, a practical tactic you can apply the same day, and a quiz to check it landed.
Yes. Your results form a constellation across the four dimensions, and it decays over time on purpose — capability you have not exercised in six months is shown as ageing, not banked.
Completing the full programme issues a verifiable certificate with a public verification link. It records what you completed and how you scored, not merely that you attended.
