Did You Know? Org Admins Have Full Control
Organization admins are the backbone of enterprise and academic accounts on Kompunik. They handle everything from user access to billing and security configuration, ensuring their organization runs smoothly on the platform.
Seat Management
The seat management page lets you control who has access to the platform. You can assign seats to give users access or revoke them when someone leaves. When a seat is revoked, the user enters a 7-day grace period during which they can still view completed content but cannot start new material. After the grace period, access is fully suspended.
Role Changes
From the seat management page, you can change any user’s role between learner, manager, and organization admin. A tooltip explains the key differences between roles before you confirm the change. This lets you promote team leads to managers or grant admin access to HR leads without involving super admin support.
Contract and Billing
View your contract details including seat count, usage, remaining days, and plan type. The billing page lets you make your initial payment and add extra seats at any time. Seats added mid-contract share the original expiry date. You can also view and download invoices.
Branding
Upload your organization’s logo and set a custom display name. The logo appears in the sidebar and top bar across all pages for your organization’s members, creating a white-label feel. A dark logo variant is supported for light mode.
SSO Configuration
Set up Single Sign-On with Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID. Configure allowed email domains, choose which providers to enable, toggle auto-seat assignment for new SSO users, and optionally disable password-based login entirely.
MFA Policy
Define whether multi-factor authentication is required or optional for your users. Choose which methods are allowed (email OTP, authenticator app) and set a default method. SSO users are automatically exempt since their identity provider handles authentication strength.
Community and Comparison Toggles
Enable or disable the organization community space, peer comparison on constellation maps, and team comparison features. These toggles give you control over how social and competitive the platform feels for your members.
