Did You Know? Managers Can Share Playlists and Custom Tactics

Managers on Kompunik have powerful tools to curate and distribute learning resources to their team. You can create shared playlists of existing tactics, build entirely new custom tactics, and use suggestion templates to get started quickly.

Shared Playlists

From the Playlists page in your manager sidebar, you can create named playlists and add tactics from the course library. Once you have assembled a playlist, assign it to specific learners on your team. Assigned learners will see these tactics through a special filter on their tactics page with a blue badge.

• Create playlists: Name them by topic, competency, or focus area
• Add tactics: Browse and add any tactic from the course library
• Assign to learners: Select individual learners to share with
• Update anytime: Add or remove tactics and reassign as needed

Shared Tactics Visibility

Learners who receive a shared playlist can see all included tactics even if they have not yet unlocked them through their own progress. This lets you preview what is ahead or focus on specific skills your team needs right now. Locked shared tactics show a lock icon overlay.

Playlist Suggestion Templates

Not sure where to start? The playlists page also features curated suggestion templates that you can clone with one click. Each template comes with a theme and pre-selected tactics. After cloning, you can customize the playlist by adding or removing tactics before sharing.

Custom Tactics

Go beyond the course library by creating your own tactic cards from the Custom Tactics page in your sidebar. Each custom tactic includes a title, description, theme line, and bullet points with specific actions. These are organization-specific and visible only to your organization’s members. You can edit or delete custom tactics anytime.
