What Is the Verified Contribution Letter?

February 28, 2026·2 min read

The Verified Contribution and Capability Letter is an official document that attests to your participation, contributions, and demonstrated skills within the Kompunik Ambassador Program. It is available to ambassadors who reach Level 4 (Champion) with at least 150 points.

What the Letter Is

The letter is a one-page PDF document that provides a factual, verifiable summary of your ambassador activity. It is designed to be used for job applications, academic submissions, or professional profiles like LinkedIn. Every claim in the letter is based on measurable, verified data from the platform.

What the Letter Is Not

The letter is not a personal recommendation or employment reference. It does not contain subjective praise or character judgments. It is strictly a factual attestation of verified contributions.

What the Letter Contains

  • Verified Participation: Your name, role, participation period, and status
  • Verified Contributions: Number and types of missions completed, community posts created, circles joined, practice rooms participated in, referral conversions, and challenges completed
  • Demonstrated Skills: Skills mapped to the Kompunik Human-OS framework, demonstrated through your activities (e.g., Active Listening, Structured Communication, Autonomy, Reliability)
  • Evaluation Summary: A non-subjective rubric showing engagement, autonomy, communication, and reliability levels
  • Verification: A unique letter ID, public verification URL, and QR code that anyone can use to independently verify the document

How to Generate Your Letter

  1. Reach Level 4: Earn at least 150 ambassador points through missions.
  2. Go to the Ambassador Hub: Navigate to Community, then Ambassadors.
  3. Open the Contribution Letter page: Click on the Contribution Letter option in the rewards section.
  4. Review your contributions: The page shows a preview of the data that will appear in your letter.
  5. Generate the letter: Click the Generate button. The letter is created as an immutable PDF.
  6. Download or share: Use the download, verify, or share buttons to use your letter.

Verification

Every letter has a unique ID in the format KOMP-AMB-YYYY-NNNNNN and a public verification URL. Anyone can verify the authenticity of your letter by visiting the verification page or scanning the QR code, without needing an account.
