Kernel · Free pilot · Before Christmas
One team. Four weeks. Leading with AI, in practice.
A free pilot for one team of 8 to 12 people: a workshop with Joss to start, then four weeks where their manager leads short weekly sessions with our materials. Results before Christmas, measured from the first day.

01 — The format
Little of your time. A real change in the team.
Week 1
The kick-off workshop.
Two hours with Joss, at your office if possible. What AI changes in your team's work, and what stays human. The team draws its own map.
Every Monday
Five minutes of video.
Joss introduces the week's skill.
During the week
20 to 30 minutes on the platform.
Immersive stories drawn from real workplace situations, and a short quiz.
Once a week
A 30-minute team huddle, led by your manager.
We give the questions, one exercise and one action. Your manager practises the very skills the pilot teaches.
Week 2
A check-in.
Thirty minutes with Joss, the sponsor and the manager.
Week 5
The results review.
What changed, measured, on one page.
The four weeks
- 01What AI changes in our work
- 02Talking about it
- 03Delegation and feedback when AI does part of the work
- 04The team's agreement for 2027
02 — What you will measure
Results you can show your management.
- 01
Attendance and completion, week by week.
- 02
Each person's starting and closing diagnostic.
- 03
The manager's own rating of the team, before and after, on the problem you chose.
- 04
The team's written agreement on working with AI.
- 05
Three practices, checked at the review.
- 06
A one-page summary for the sponsor: the team as a whole, never one person's answers.
03 — How it works
Five steps, and you see where you are at every moment.
01Open
Your request
Two minutes. Your team, and what you would like it to do better.
02Later
A 20-minute call with Joss
The team, the one problem, the measures and the dates.
03Later
A mutual NDA
Each of us protects what the other shares. One page to accept.
04Later
Set-up and the four weeks
The kick-off workshop, then about an hour a week for each person.
05Later
The results review
What changed, measured, on one page. Then you decide.
04 — What we ask
Free, with three conditions.
- 01
A sponsor who chooses the team and attends the start and the review.
- 02
About an hour a week for each person.
- 03
Your honest feedback, and permission to publish the results as a case study, with your name or without it, as you prefer.
05 — The form
Request a pilot.
Tell us about your team. You will receive a link to your pilot page, where you can book a call with Joss.
06 — Questions
Questions.
Yes. You give time, not money. If it works, we discuss paid seats for 2027 at a pilot-partner rate.
About an hour a week for each person, and two hours for the kick-off workshop.
No. Each person joins the platform with a link. No installation and no integration.
We sign a mutual NDA after our first call, before you share anything about your team.
Joss Gillet founded Kompunik after twenty years of hiring and managing teams. He designs Kernel and runs the kick-off and the review himself.
A results review and a one-page summary. Then you decide. Nothing continues unless you say so.
