For managers and teams

Kompunik

Online training in soft skills. People listen to four-minute immersive stories drawn from real workplace situations, and each one gives a tactic to apply the same day. Managers follow progress, assign playlists of tactics, and receive AI reports on their team.

  • For companies from 10 people: HR, L&D and managers.
  • 28 soft skills, 149 stories, 11 Signature Tracks for managers, in seven languages.
  • €119 per person per year (10–49 people), €99 (50–199), a quote from 200. Excluding VAT.

For leaders

Kernel

A four-week live programme on what AI changes in an organisation. Thirty seats, four 90-minute sessions online with Joss Gillet, in English or in French. Each leader leaves with working documents for their own organisation and a 90-day plan.

  • For founders, directors, heads of HR, L&D and transformation.
  • Four sessions, six documents, and twelve months of Kompunik.
  • €350 for an individual, €490 for a company seat, January 2027 cohorts. Excluding VAT.
