A practitioner panel, and we say so.
The Index is a panel of senior leaders across Kernel cohorts. It is self-selected, not a representative sample of any population, and it does not claim to be.
Responses are pseudonymised and aggregated. No individual answer is published or shown to peers. Nothing is reported for a group of fewer than five. Being named as a contributor is opt-in and entirely separate from the answers themselves.
